How to Reinstate Direct Debit (Aviva)

Aviva is exactly the same however you get given a templet for Aviva to work on. You may find this template emailed to you in your inbox.

On Google open up your Admin CRM. Once it is open you should find a drop down bar that says Policies and gives the option of Pre save policies.

When the pre save policies page comes up, it shows a list of the CRM ID , policy number and the clients surnames.

You click on the first CRM ID. Click on the numbers in blue to bring up clients details.

This brings up the clients details and the notes. Have a look on the notes and see what it says.

If it says nothing about direct debit reinstate then go back to the pre save policies page with all the clients� names and policy numbers and click on the logo that looks like a card next to their name.

Sometimes on the notes it may say do not reinstate until a specific date this means you have to wait for the date to come to do the direct debit reinstate. So leave that and don�t do anything to it.

However, if the notes say DD reset, DD date ** and next payment, this is when you use the L&G reinstate app to fill in the details.

So first on the CRM open up the customer�s policy by clicking on blue View button right at the bottom of the page. This will bring up all the clients details such as their bank details and policy number.

So when you click on that it should bring you to a page like this.

Using this information you can fill out the Aviva template.

Once you have filled all the details in save the template to your desktop.

Open up an email and write to PROTECTION [email protected] and attach the saved template from the desktop. And write in the email �Please find customers details attached above�.

Then go to the CRM page where it has all the pre save policies and click on the card logo next to the name of the client you just completed the information for.

Also leave a note on the same page as the clients details that you have completed the direct debit.

That�s all you need to do.
